For example, in the slant dipping process for SMD wirewound inductors, Japanese equipment achieves a maximum of 36,000 pcs/hour, while LONG’s latest system delivers 380,000 pcs/hour—over ten times higher capacity with double the precision. This positions LONG as the world’s only provider of such high-performance solutions, gradually reshaping a market long dominated by U.S. and Japanese giants.
